By using Nava ("App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Service

Nava provides ambient sounds, custom mixes, achievements, and optional notifications to help users relax and focus.

Use

• You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Children may use the App with parental consent.
• You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions & Purchases

• All purchases are handled securely through Apple's App Store.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's policies (EU users have additional statutory rights).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple ID settings.

Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by Google Ads. These ads help support the free version of the App. You can remove all advertisements by purchasing an in-app purchase (IAP) through the App Store.

Intellectual Property

We own or license all app content. Some sounds are licensed from Soundsnap.com under a premium license. You may not extract or redistribute app content outside the App.

Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not responsible for service interruptions or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
