Yangjae Flower Market
Seoul's main flower market is the Yangjae Flower Market in Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, beside the aT Center near Yangjae Citizen's Forest station. Opened in 1991, it is described as the largest flower market in South Korea. Cut flowers are traded through auction halls, while a retail section serves individual buyers, and the market has expanded from cut flowers into orchids, indoor plants, bonsai and garden trees. Its shops stock more than 1,000 varieties, including lilies, carnations and chrysanthemums, and supply florists across Seoul and beyond.
